Position: School Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

ü Oversee day to day operations of the school.

ü General office and administration duties.

ü Manage student information requiring good knowledge of MS Office.

ü Manage all merchandising and inventory.

ü Conduct enrolment conferences.

ü Maintain ongoing communication with students and parents.

ü Prepare detailed reports related to school activity.

ü Maintain a clean and professional work environment.

ü Attend training sessions and professional development events.

ü Implement internal and community based marketing events.

ü Supervise employees.

ü Other duties as required.

Position: Martial Arts Instructor

Duties and Responsibilities:

ü Implement martial arts training curriculum focusing on physical skills and character development.

ü Teach required classes on the school’s weekly schedule.

ü Maintain a positive and motivational demeanor on and off the mat.

ü Meet with students and/or parents as required to review student progress.

ü Implement and enforce safety standards at all times.

ü Maintain a clean and professional work environment.

ü Organize and participate in school events.

ü Organize, prepare and conduct student progress reviews and belt promotions.

ü Assist school manager with general school operations.

ü Other duties as required.
