A blend of traditional and contemporary martial arts, this program, reserved for adult only participation, combines an incredible workout with practical self-defense knowledge within a respectful environment.  Classes emphasize individual attention, are high energy and develop the physical and mental strengths of each student.  Drawing from Kung-Fu, Kempo Karate, Muay Thai Kickboxing and Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu the eclectic curriculum is both exciting and challenging with instruction being geared to the age and ability of each student.
