The following steps outline the various stages that SHAKU™ Family Martial Arts uses to
qualify a new SHAKU school owner. Tremendous care is taken to ensure a good fit with both your goals and ours.
Initial Inquiry:
You will have an opportunity to talk to a member of the SHAKU™ Family Martial Arts Leadership/Support Team to acquire general information about the opportunity.
Confidential Qualification Application:
Candidates showing an initial fit with the SHAKU™ Family Martial Arts vision for growth are asked to submit their resume and fill out the Confidential Qualification Application.
Phone Conference:
Qualified candidates are invited to participate in a
telephone interview. If we decide to move forward, you are encouraged to talk to existing
SHAKU™ school owners to learn of their direct experience.
Discovery Day:
At this meeting you have the opportunity to meet the SHAKU™ Leadership/Support Team
at an existing SHAKU™ location. You will be provided with an overview of the complete SHAKU™
system in order that you may come to your own
conclusions regarding formally applying to join the
SHAKU family of schools.
Application:
Qualified candidates are invited to make formal
application to request to become a SHAKU™ licensed school.
Award Celebration Day:
Congratulations! Subject to Leadership team approval,
you are awarded a SHAKU™ Family Martial Arts license. You have become an important part of the SHAKU™ Family Martial Arts vision for growth.
